The following Mortgage Originator Certification from Habitat Georgia is issued only if your affiliate complies with the standards recommended by Habitat for Humanity of Georgia. Your compliance with these standards is determined by the questions asked on the following pages. Be aware: your issuance of a certification from Habitat Georgia does not in any way whatsoever constitute a legal certification to issue mortgages in the state of Georgia. Please review the QLO Training Powerpoint and QLO Training Video before proceeding with the test. The test is timed (1 hour) and you will have one opportunity to take it. If you do not correctly answer at least 80% of the questions on the test, you will be prohibited from taking the test again. Please read and study the materials prior to taking the test!
